Can I take this workshop if I’m not cycling regularly?

Yes! If you have irregular or long cycles, you can still use the practices in this workshop. You'll learn how to observe emotional and energetic rhythms and create supportive patterns in your life, even if your physical cycle isn't predictable right now.

Do I need to have taken your other courses to do this?
